About me

I am an experienced and fully qualified counsellor who listens and works with individuals in a supportive and understanding way. I have a particular interest in how our early experiences and relationships can often help to make sense of the difficulties and insecurities we face today. I can offer a reliable and safe space where any problems, thoughts or feelings can be talked about and explored in confidence.

After gaining a diploma in psychodynamic counselling with Westminster Pastoral Foundation, I continued clinical work at Gloucestershire Counselling Service until starting my own practice in Cheltenham.  I also worked with GCS as an assessment counsellor for many years.

I am a U.K.R.C.P. Registered Independent Counsellor and work with individuals from the age of 18.

I am also an Accredited Member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their Ethical Framework for Good Practice in Counselling & Psychotherapy. For more information please go to the BACP website.
